Somethings keep reminding you of some special times in your life. I have one such memory which resides in my gallery and whenever I scroll pictures and get to see that one it really reminds me of my 2nd week of Amal’s fellowship when we were going to be assigned, new groups. It was really tough as we just got settled with each other. We did meetings and watched movies online and it was really fun with you guys :).

The totka that I usually use and like to do is “talking to yourself”. It actually helps you to think about problems and make a decision, to identify weak points, and give yourself the courage to work on them. Because I believe you are your best friend, enemy, competitor.

Being a friend you can help yourself find a way out of problems.

Being enemy you can discourage yourself and hands up.

Being a competitor you can improve your self from yourself.
